The 4HR TruNorth Learning System has two critical
components:
- Formalized company wide and small group
learning opportunities (training),
- Focused individual development activities (coaching).
When designed and implemented properly and aligned
with organizational objectives, these two components
become powerful forces in managing change and
achieving organizational results.
Training
The 4HR TruNorth Learning System is designed to
increase individual and team performance and bring out
employee potential by:

Coaching
4HR helps owners and managers to become better
leaders. Through individual coaching sessions your
company leaders are given additional perspective and
management strategies. These strategies can then be
used to increase productivity through consistent
leadership and better team building.
4HR also assists leaders and managers with strategic
planning. We help you learn to take advantage of
change while creating a clear, concise picture of your
company's future and a map that shows how to get there.
