Data Confidentiality, Security, and Validation
4HR has taken significant steps to ensure that all survey data will remain secure and confidential. Participating in any survey implies a willingness and agreement to share aggregate and comparison information. We will only provide this data based on criteria dealing with confidentiality and security. Any organization or individual specific information is assigned an internal code for processing. Survey summaries will only be reported to the designated and approved contact at your company. Access to all responses and personally identifiable information is strictly controlled and reports and data will only be made available to the client company in aggregated form. Any requested optional reports must meet minimum standards relative to sample size (participating organizations and/or incumbent positions) to be generated. In addition to compensation experts, 4HR maintains statisticians and survey experts to insure the quality and integrity of the survey process and results. NWFPA data is located on its own secure servers at a protected and secure hosting facility. The facility provides extra protection from security breaches and interruptions in power.
